Payment is due at the time of booking. Once we have confirmed your booking request a payment link will be sent to you, payment must be completed within 24 hours. No booking goes on the calendar unless payment has been received.

Things happen, we get it! We will do our best to accommodate changes if they arise. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded. All other cancellations will receive a 50% refund.

Delivery and set up is on or after 7pm the day before your booking. Pick up is 7pm or after on day of booking (depending on rental availability).

Surprise greetings for others persons/property require an adult present at set up. Make sure the area can support ground stakes (ie: able to insert, away from underground lines and/or heavy foot traffic etc.) A good watering the day prior will help ensure easy set up. Remember to pause sprinkler systems and landscape services and bring in any pets during set up and pick up times.

Follow the Queen Yard card staff do not deliver/set up in inclement weather. A little rain won't stop us, but if conditions become dangerous we will contact you and A rain date option or full refund will be provided. FTQ reserves the right to make decisions due to poor weather conditions for the safety of our staff and equipment.
